Day two
Shifts, appointment types, reminder timing and the online booking widget on your site.
Day three
Your chart templates, intake forms and consent documents. This is the part worth taking slowly.
Day four
Import your patients from a spreadsheet, check a sample, and start booking real appointments.
Who trains whom
The front desk needs an hour on the calendar and payments. Providers need twenty minutes on charting and their own templates. Nobody needs a certification.
