The Medicare part nobody explains clearly
Physical therapists cannot opt out of Medicare. There is no opt-out affidavit available to PTs; H.R. 4204 was introduced in July 2025 to create one and has not been enacted. Treating Medicare beneficiaries on a cash basis therefore carries real limits, and no software removes them. Where DrinCloud fits is the cash-based practice that does not treat Medicare beneficiaries, or that provides only non-covered wellness services, and we would rather say that on the sales page than let you discover it in an audit. DrinCloud also files no insurance claims for anyone and holds no ONC certification. Get advice from a healthcare attorney about your own patient mix before relying on any of this.
