Billing is processed in USD. Applicable state and local sales tax will be added where required by law. DrinCloud does not submit insurance claims: your patients get a superbill to file themselves.

Is there a online signup?
Yes. About 3 minutes online, no setup fee and no contract. You pick the plan, pay for it and the account is live, and the built-in AI assistant walks you through setup.
What does annual billing mean?
You get 12 months for the price of 10, about 17% off. The prices shown above are the annual equivalent; month-to-month prices are listed next to them.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, from inside the software. Plan changes take effect at your next billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It is your data. You can export patients, appointments, invoices and reports to CSV yourself at any time. A full database export prepared by our engineers is available as a paid service.
Do you charge a setup or onboarding fee?
No. Onboarding and support are included in every plan, and the AI assistant built into the software walks your team through the screens as they go.
