Day 1: open the trial
Fifteen days, no card. The account comes loaded with sample clients and sessions so you can poke at everything without touching real data.
Day 2: bring your clients over
Import your client list from an Excel or CSV export of your current system, free. If you would rather we do it, assisted migration starts at $600.
Day 3: build your notes and fees
Recreate your SOAP or DAP format field by field, set your fee schedule and your CPT and ICD-10 codes per service.
Day 4: switch on booking and reminders
Put the booking widget on your site, turn on reminders and collect SMS consent in your intake form.

What DrinCloud does not do, on purpose
We do not submit claims to insurers, there is no clearinghouse, no eligibility checks and no ONC certification. There is also no e-prescribing, which suits non-prescribing therapists and counselors; a psychiatrist who prescribes controlled substances needs an EPCS platform alongside. If in-network billing is the core of your revenue, we are the wrong fit and we will say so. If your clients pay you directly, that missing machinery is exactly why this costs $49 instead of $200.
