Coverage for medical nutrition therapy varies by plan and diagnosis, and many private-practice RDNs have stopped chasing it. DrinCloud generates the superbill, with the CPT codes you enter, and the client files it with their plan. We do not submit claims, we have no clearinghouse, and we are not an ONC-certified EHR, because none of that serves a direct-pay practice; it only adds cost. If in-network billing, including Medicare MNT claims, is the core of your revenue, an insurance-first platform is the better tool and we will tell you so.
