Who we are. DrinCloud is operated by Massive Bionics LLC, Boca Raton, FL, United States. You can reach us at info@drincloud.com.

Two different kinds of data

Data about you, our customer. When you request a trial or subscribe, we collect your name, practice name, email, phone and billing details in order to provide the service, bill you and support you.

Data about your patients. Protected health information you enter belongs to your practice. We process it only as your Business Associate under HIPAA, strictly to provide the service and under the terms of the Business Associate Agreement we sign with you. We do not sell it, mine it or use it for advertising.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on a private cloud instance per client, protected by role-based access control and recorded in a full audit log. Backups run automatically.

Who else touches it

We use a small number of processors to run the service: cloud hosting, payment processing, email and SMS delivery. Each is bound by contract, and where they handle protected health information, by a Business Associate Agreement.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your account data at any time by writing to info@drincloud.com. Patient rights of access are exercised through your practice, which is the covered entity.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and to measure aggregate website traffic. No advertising cookies are set without your consent.

Changes

If we change this policy materially we will tell subscribers by email before the change takes effect.
