For clinics where the patient pays at the front desk
Several providers, one front desk, a flat fee per visit. 18.4% of Hispanic residents and 20% of Brazilian-born residents in the US have no health coverage, and the clinics serving them deserve software shaped like their day instead of like a billing department.
A front desk that keeps up with walk-ins
Check patients in, see who is waiting and for how long, and squeeze an urgent case into a full day without deleting anyone's appointment. Shifts link each provider to a room, so the schedule always knows who is where.
- Day view built for a busy waiting room
- Shifts that tie each provider to a specific room
- Force an urgent appointment into a full slot
- Wait-time tracking per provider
- Closure days and holidays set once for the whole clinic
Self check-in and a calling screen
A kiosk or tablet at the door lets patients check themselves in and rate the visit on the way out. A waiting-room monitor calls the next patient to the right room, so nobody shouts names down a hallway.
- Check-in and check-out on a kiosk or reception tablet
- Waiting-room display that calls patients to their room
- Visit rating collected at check-out
- Work and school excuse notes printed in one click
Several providers, one clean set of rules
Each provider gets their own calendar, templates and fee schedule, while the front desk sees everything in one screen. Role-based permissions keep reception, nursing and providers inside exactly the records they need.
- Per-provider calendars, rooms and specialties
- Role-based permissions for reception, nursing and providers
- Different prices per provider or per service
- Each user works in their own language: EN, ES or PT
- Team tasks so "call Mrs. Silva back" stops living on sticky notes
Charge at the desk, chase what is owed
Take payment at check-out in about 20 seconds from the schedule, flag patients with an outstanding balance right on the appointment, and send a payment link that settles it from a phone.
- Card, cash and payment-link collection
- Overdue balance flagged on the appointment itself
- Automatic reminders on unpaid invoices
- Membership-style prepaid visit packages
- Daily cash drawer and month-end reports
Reports that settle the partner meeting
Production per provider, occupancy per calendar, revenue per service and satisfaction scores per location, all live, so commission day and the monthly meeting stop being an argument about spreadsheets.
- Production and revenue per provider
- Calendar occupancy and no-show rates
- Satisfaction survey statistics per provider
- Referral sources: which channel actually brings patients
- Everything exportable to CSV
In the language your patients speak
Reception can work entirely in Spanish or Portuguese while the clinical record stays in English. Each patient gets reminders, forms and the portal in their own language. One clinic, one database, three team languages.
- Interface language per user: EN, ES, PT and more
- Patient portal and reminders in the patient's language
- Forms and consents in the patient's language
- Receipts and superbills in English for US paperwork
Everything else your clinic gets on day one

In-visit procedures
Procedures done during the visit are billed on the same ticket, separate from the consult fee.

Consents signed on the patient's phone free, or on a clinic tablet with VidSigner from $19/mo.
AI note drafts
With your own OpenAI key, the recorded consult becomes a draft note the provider edits and signs.

No insurance? Then stop paying for insurance software
Most clinic software in the US is priced around claims: clearinghouse fees, eligibility checks, denial management, ONC certification. A cash-pay or membership clinic pays for all of that and uses none of it. DrinCloud does not submit claims to payers and is not ONC certified, on purpose, and there is no integrated e-prescribing, so providers keep using their usual e-Rx platform. That is precisely why a 10-provider clinic runs on $249 a month instead of $250 per provider.
A new name in the US. A platform with history behind it.
DrinCloud runs on the same platform our European clinics have used for years under the DriCloud brand. These are real Google reviews from those practices, translated from Spanish.
“Essential for managing my aesthetic clinics. I own six centers in different cities and I only have good words for the platform and its support.”
“It has meant a real step up in quality and technology for our administrative and medical staff, and for our patients too.”
“Absolutely essential for running a private practice. They are always improving it, it is easy to use, and it brings the chart, billing and images together in the cloud.”
★★★★★ 4.9 / 5 on Google· 33 reviews of the platform (European edition)
