DrinCloud has no clearinghouse and does not submit claims to payers. If your revenue depends on filing to insurance, keep your claims platform. If your patients pay you at the desk and you want that money tracked, collected and reconciled, it is a good fit. Plans start at $49 per month billed annually.
Questions we get asked
Can DrinCloud submit claims to insurance for me?
No. There is no clearinghouse and no claim submission. What we do give the patient is a superbill they can send to their plan for out-of-network reimbursement.
Which payment processors do you work with?
Stripe, PayPal and MercadoPago for online payment links, and Square for card payments taken in the office. You keep your own merchant account and your existing processing rates.
How do prepaid session packages work?
You sell a pack of visits up front and take payment once. Each time the patient comes in, one session is deducted automatically, and you can report on packs sold and consumed.
What does it cost to try it?
The trial runs 15 days and does not ask for a card. Paid plans start at $49 per month on annual billing, with a signed BAA included at no extra charge.
