Do patients have to create an account to book?
No. A first-time patient books with name, phone and email. Portal access is offered afterwards if you want them to have it.
Can I require a deposit only for certain services?
Yes. Payment rules are set per service, so a consultation can stay free to book while a procedure requires a deposit.
Will patients see my full calendar?
They see only the services and time bands you publish. Internal blocks, admin time and other providers stay hidden.
Does DrinCloud verify insurance eligibility at booking?
