Why a separate product for the US

Practices in the United States that get paid directly by the patient are stuck between two bad options: enterprise software designed around insurance claims, at a price that assumes you are recovering the cost from payers, or a lightweight scheduling app that cannot hold a clinical record.

And if your patients speak Spanish or Portuguese, there is essentially nothing. Around 5.5% of US psychologists practise in Spanish. Roughly one in five Hispanic residents and one in five Brazilian-born residents has no health coverage. The clinics serving them are paid in cash, at the counter, in a language their software does not speak.
