We would rather say it on the product page than in a sales call. DrinCloud has no ONC certification and no e-prescribing, so controlled substances and Promoting Interoperability attestations are out of reach. What it does is document, bill the patient and keep the record defensible.
Questions we get asked
Can I keep charting in Spanish while my front desk works in English?
Yes. Interface language is set per user, so each staff member works in English, Spanish or Portuguese on the same database.
Is the note locked after signing?
Edits after the fact are possible but recorded. The audit log keeps the original content, the author and the timestamp.
Does it code visits automatically?
No. You search ICD-10 inside the note and pick the code. Nothing is assigned on your behalf.
What if I leave DrinCloud?
Your records and patient data export to CSV, along with attached documents. There is no exit fee for taking your data.
