Terms of Service

The service
DrinCloud is software as a service provided by Massive Bionics LLC. Access is granted per subscription plan, based on the number of providers using the system. Unlimited patients are included on every plan.
Trial
The free trial lasts 15 days, requires no payment method and gives access to a full account preloaded with sample data. Trial accounts and their contents may be deleted after the trial ends.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed in US dollars, monthly or annually in advance. Annual subscriptions are charged at the equivalent of ten months. Prices exclude any applicable state sales tax, which is added where required.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from inside the software. Monthly subscriptions end at the close of the current period; annual subscriptions remain active until the end of the contracted year. Fees already paid are not refunded or pro-rated, because the service has been delivered.
Your data
Data you enter remains yours. You can export patients, appointments, invoices and reports to CSV at any time. A complete database export prepared by our engineers is available as a paid service. Cancelling a subscription terminates access and, after the retention period, deletes the data.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record, for your own professional and licensing obligations, and for obtaining patient consent where the law requires it, including consent to receive text messages.
What the software is not
DrinCloud is a practice-management and record-keeping tool. It does not practise medicine, does not make clinical decisions and does not replace professional judgement. AI-generated drafts must be reviewed and approved by a licensed professional before they enter the record.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service continuously available and update it without downtime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
