Questions we get asked
Can two providers share a room without double booking?
Yes. Availability is defined by provider and by room, so the calendar blocks a slot when either one is already taken.
Does it handle group classes or workshops?
Group appointments have a participant limit, and each attendee keeps their own chart entry and their own invoice.
What happens when a patient cancels late?
The slot goes back on the calendar and the cancellation list shows which patients asked to move up, so the front desk can fill it the same day.
Can I move my current schedule over?
