If you prescribe weight loss medication, read this first
DrinCloud has no e-prescribing and no drug database, and we make no claims about any medication or clinical outcome. Prescriptions print or go out as PDF, and California, Florida, New York, Michigan, Minnesota and Delaware require electronic prescribing for practically every medication, so in those states you would run a separate e-Rx service alongside DrinCloud. Texas still allows paper for non-controlled drugs. We also file no insurance claims and hold no ONC certification, which is precisely why the software costs $49 instead of $500. If your program is coaching, nutrition and body composition, none of the prescribing caveats touch you at all.
