For IV therapy clinics

Software for IV therapy clinics that run on cash

A drip bar lives on walk-ins, memberships and repeat visits, and dies on expired stock and no-shows. DrinCloud books the chair with a deposit, gets the consent signed on the patient's phone before they arrive, deducts bags and vials from inventory the moment you invoice, and chases the second drip on a schedule.

Walk-ins and bookings on the same board

Half your chairs fill from the street, half from the booking page. The calendar has to take both without a second system.

  • Online booking widget on your own site with real-time availability per provider
  • Charge the session or a deposit at booking so a no-show costs the patient something
  • Open a visit for a walk-in with no appointment and chart it in the same pass
  • Waitlist that fills a chair the same morning someone cancels
  • Kiosk check-in on a tablet so groups arriving together register themselves

Consented before they sit down

A drip appointment is 45 minutes in the chair and should be zero minutes of paperwork. Move the forms upstream.

  • Protocol consent sent by link and signed on the patient's own phone, included in every plan
  • Pre-visit intake forms filled from the portal before arrival
  • Health screening questions built with your own form builder, per protocol
  • Signed documents filed to the visit automatically, nothing to scan
  • Tablet signature in the clinic available through VidSigner from $19/mo if you prefer ink on glass

Bags and vials that count themselves down

Every expired bag is money you already spent. DrinCloud ties stock to the invoice, so the count is right without a Sunday audit.

  • Products registered with stock counts, sold from the invoice with automatic deduction
  • Unit consumption recorded per visit, so every drip shows what went into it
  • Product sales invoiced on their own numbered series, separate from services
  • Stock per location when you run more than one bar
  • Quotes and treatment plans for multi-session hydration programs

Cash the day of the drip, memberships on the account

No claims, no payer timelines, no 60-day mystery. You collect at the desk, online or by link, and the register closes daily.

  • Charge from the calendar at the front desk, online at booking, or by payment link
  • Prepaid packs of five or ten drips that draw down one visit at a time
  • Membership programs billed as installment plans on dates you set
  • Per-service, per-provider pricing, plus sliding scale for the patients you choose
  • Superbill in PDF with your NPI and codes for the rare patient who self-files

The second drip is where the margin lives

First visits pay the rent. Repeat volume pays you. DrinCloud chases rebooking on a schedule instead of leaving it to memory.

  • Follow-up button in the chart: one click programs the automatic 'time for your next session' text
  • Event-triggered campaigns, like a message when a pack runs down to its last session
  • Automatic birthday emails that quietly sell a birthday drip
  • Post-visit satisfaction surveys that surface an unhappy patient before a review does
  • 'How did you hear about us' tracked per patient, so you know which channel fills chairs

Included on every plan

Everything else your drip bar gets on day one

The plan is one price, patients are unlimited, and none of this is an add-on unless it says so.

Multi-room scheduling

Chairs, rooms and providers on one screen, color-coded by service.

Appointment reminders

SMS and email reminders cut no-shows before they cost you a bag; WhatsApp available as an add-on.

Waiting room monitor

A screen that calls the next patient to the chair without anyone shouting names.

Photo record

Before and after photos filed to the visit, useful for cosmetic and NAD+ style programs.

Patient portal

Bookings, payments, forms and documents in the patient's own language, no app to install.

Four patient languages

Every reminder and document goes out in English, Spanish, Portuguese or German, per patient.

Revenue reports

Sessions, packs sold, packs consumed and revenue per provider over any date range.

HIPAA with BAA included

Signed BAA on every plan, encryption in transit and at rest, continuous backup.

Google Calendar sync

Your clinic schedule mirrored to the calendar already on your phone.

Document templates

Aftercare instructions personalized with the patient's data and emailed in one click.

Per-user permissions

The front desk sees the schedule and the register, not the whole chart.

Full data export

Your patients, visits and invoices out in CSV whenever you want, free, no retention games.

Getting started

From signup to your first paid drip

Day 1: open the trial

15 days, no card. The account comes preloaded with sample data, so you see a working drip bar, not an empty screen.

Day 1: load your menu

Create your drips and add-on vials as services, set prices, and register your bag and vial stock with current counts.

Day 2: import your patients

Send us your Excel or CSV and the import is free. If you want us to do the whole migration hands-on, that starts at $600.

Day 3: turn on booking and consents

Drop the booking widget on your website, attach the deposit, and link each protocol to its consent form.

Day 4: charge the first chair

Book, sign, drip, invoice. Stock deducts on its own and the follow-up text is already scheduled.

Cash-pay only, and we mean it

DrinCloud never touches a payer. No claim submission, no eligibility checks, no clearinghouse, no ONC certification, and no e-prescribing module, so anything you order or compound is governed outside the system. For a drip bar that collects at the desk, that gap costs nothing and it is exactly why the software is simpler and cheaper than an insurance-grade EHR. If you plan to bill insurance for infusion therapy, we are the wrong product and you should know that before the trial, not after.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Can patients pay a deposit when they book online?
Yes. The booking page can require a deposit or the full session price before the slot is held. That alone is the biggest no-show fix a drip bar can make.
How does the inventory actually work?
You register bags, vials and retail products with stock counts. When you sell or consume them on an invoice, stock deducts automatically, and product sales carry their own numbered invoice series. No separate inventory app.
Can we run memberships or prepaid packs?
Both. Packs of five or ten drips draw down visit by visit, and monthly memberships run as installment plans on the dates you set. There is no automatic card-on-file recharge, and we say that plainly.
How do consents get signed?
By link, on the patient's own phone, included in every plan. If you want handwritten signature on a clinic tablet, that runs through VidSigner from $19 a month.
We have two locations. Does that change the plan?
Pick the plan by headcount: Group is $119 a month for 2 to 3 professionals and Medical Center $249 for 4 to 15, with multi-location scheduling, stock and reporting on Medical Center.
Is DrinCloud HIPAA compliant?
Yes, with a BAA included on every plan at no extra cost, encryption in transit and at rest, and continuous backup.
We are on a spa booking app now. How do we move?
Export your client list to CSV and we import it free. Chart forms and consents you rebuild with the form builder in an afternoon, and the 15-day trial is long enough to run both systems side by side.
What does it cost after the trial?
$49 a month per single provider billed annually, $59 monthly. Unlimited patients, no setup fee, no contract. SMS credit for texts is bought separately, 300 messages for $36.
