Every table booked, every package counted down, every note done before you go home
Almost nobody pays for a massage with an insurance card, so you should not be paying for software built around claims. DrinCloud runs 60 and 90 minute sessions across as many tables and therapists as you have, keeps the balance of a ten session package on the client record where the front desk can see it, and lets a therapist close a short SOAP note in the two minutes between clients.
Three tables, two therapists, one grid
A massage schedule lives or dies on room conflicts. Every appointment in DrinCloud is tied to a therapist and to a room, so two 90 minute sessions in two rooms are a plan instead of an accident, and the front desk books the gap it can actually fill.
- Appointments linked to both therapist and treatment room
- Multi-room agenda view, every table in one screen
- Recurring appointments for the client who takes the same Thursday slot for eight weeks
- Waiting list that drops a name into a cancellation on its own
- Online booking on your site with live availability per therapist and service
- Closing days and holidays set once, so nobody books you on the Fourth of July
Packages that count themselves down
Prepaid series are how a massage practice stops living week to week. Sell five or ten sessions up front, charge once, and each visit deducts one from the balance automatically. The remaining count sits on the client record, so there is never an argument about session six of five.
- Prepaid packs of 3, 5, 10 or 20 sessions, deducted visit by visit
- Remaining sessions visible at check-in
- Different prices per service, per therapist and per duration
- Sliding scale rates on the client record when you choose to offer them
- Installment schedules for the bigger series
Paid at the desk in under a minute, tip included
Checkout is where a good session turns into money. Take the card on a Square terminal, send a link, or charge the session at the moment of booking. Square prompts for the tip at the terminal, and a cash tip goes on the receipt as its own line so your end of day numbers match the drawer.
- Square card terminal at reception, with its own tip prompt
- Stripe and PayPal for online payments and payment links
- Charge the full session or a deposit when the client books
- Cash tips recorded as a separate line on the receipt
- Retail oils, balms and lotions sold on the same invoice, stock deducted at once
SOAP notes short enough that you actually write them
You do not need a hospital chart. You need pressure preference, areas worked, contraindications and what to do next time. Build that template once, and fields with memory carry last session forward so a follow up note starts half filled in.
- Your own SOAP template per service, nothing you do not use
- Fields that pull forward pressure, focus areas and contraindications
- Hot stones, cupping or extra time logged as in-visit add-ons, billed apart from the session
- Health history, medication list and injury notes in one place
- Draft the note from the session recording with one button, $20 a month per provider
- Attach anything the client sends you to their file
Intake and consent signed before they walk in
A new client filling out a clipboard eats five minutes of a session you already sold. Send the intake from the portal the moment the booking is made and read it the night before, contraindications and all.
- Health history and consent completed from the client's phone
- Consent forms signed remotely by link, no tablet required
- Text message consent collected inside the same intake
- Tablet signing in the clinic available through VidSigner as a paid add-on
- Kiosk check-in so returning clients sign themselves in at reception
The rebook is the business
One massage is a transaction. The twelfth is a practice. Reminders cut the no-shows that kill a 90 minute slot, and the follow up button schedules the four week nudge while the client is still on the table, before good intentions fade.
- Reminders by email and text, with WhatsApp available as an add-on
- Follow up message scheduled from the chart in one click
- Automatic campaigns, such as a check-in 45 days after the last visit
- Birthday messages that wake up a quiet file
- Google Reviews request after the visit, to the clients who rated you well
- Post-visit survey so you hear about the pressure problem before the review does

What DrinCloud will not do for you
We submit no insurance claims. There is no clearinghouse behind this software, no eligibility check and no denial queue, and we never applied for ONC certification because it exists for Medicare reporting that a cash-pay massage practice does not touch. If a real share of your revenue comes from auto accident and personal injury claims, or from an insurer who pays you directly for medically prescribed massage, a billing-first system will serve you better and we will say so before you pay us. For everyone whose clients hand over a card at the end of the hour, the missing claims engine is exactly why this costs $49 a month and why a new receptionist is useful on her first shift.
A new name in the US. A platform with history behind it.
DrinCloud runs on the same platform our European clinics have used for years under the DriCloud brand. These are real Google reviews from those practices, translated from Spanish.
“Essential for managing my aesthetic clinics. I own six centers in different cities and I only have good words for the platform and its support.”
“It has meant a real step up in quality and technology for our administrative and medical staff, and for our patients too.”
“Absolutely essential for running a private practice. They are always improving it, it is easy to use, and it brings the chart, billing and images together in the cloud.”
